How We Can Work Together

Individual Therapy

Together, we’ll make sense of what’s keeping you stuck, understand the patterns beneath it, and build the confidence to trust yourself again.

Group Therapy

Wounds often happen in relationships, and healing can happen there, too. Group therapy offers connection, support, and community.

Animal-Assisted Therapy

Sometimes the presence of a therapy dog can make it a little easier to slow down, feel grounded, and engage in the work of therapy.

Areas I Commonly Support

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Here are some of the concerns I commonly support.

Person bending over a creek or small river, touching the water with one hand. They are wearing a white fleece jacket, blue jeans, and waterproof boots, surrounded by grass and rocks.
Person wearing gray socks, jeans, a white fleece jacket, and black boots, sitting on rocks near water, reaching into the water with their hand.

Therapy may be helpful if…

  • Anxiety is making everyday life feel harder than it should.

  • You’re feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted.

  • You’re navigating grief, loss, or major life changes.

  • Past experiences continue to impact your present.

  • You’re struggling with self-esteem or self-worth.

  • You feel disconnected from yourself or others.

  • You want support, but aren’t sure where to start.

  • You’re ready to better understand yourself and create meaningful change.
